What does 100% natural mean?
Everyone claims to be 100% natural these days but we mean it. We don’t just add natural ingredients to chemical ingredients, we use ONLY natural ingredients.
What’s the big deal with petroleum?
Petroleum is a by-product of the oil industry. Petroleum does not absorb into your skin it only sits on the surface. The problem with this is that it suffocates your skin and dries it out as well. Why is water as an ingredient in skin care bad?
Water is filler for skin care. Many companies do this because water is cheap. The problem with water is that it can grow bacteria and mold. Large skin care companies use chemical preservatives to treat the water so it does not grow bacteria and mold. These preservatives are bad for you to absorb through your skin. Many of them are carcinogens and can irritate your skin as well as a long list of other side effects.
Does JANECKA use water in its skin care?
Absolutely not! Aside from not having to put man made preservatives into the skin care to treat the water, we don’t use any fillers at all. This makes each product extremely concentrated so a little bit will go a long way.
If there are no preservatives in JANECKA Skin Care, how long do they last?
Most products will last up to two years at room temperature. If refrigerated, they will last longer.
What happens if JANECKA Skin Care is exposed to water?
If you get water in a jar of JANECKA Skin Care, leave the lid off for it to dry or it may start to produce mold or bacteria.
Will JANECKA Skin Care clog my pores?
No, all of the oils used do not clog pores.
Should I apply JANECKA creams at night or in the morning?

Is JANECKA Skin Care hypoallergenic?
All of our ingredients are listed on each product to ensure you know exactly what you are putting on your skin. Most people are allergic to the chemicals put in skin care but we do not use any chemical ingredients.
Is JANECKA Skin Care environmentally conscious?
You bet. We use glass jars on most of our products and because all ingredients are natural no chemicals are being washed into the water system or into the lakes and rivers.
How often do I apply the JANECKA products?
Use the products as often as you like. If your skin seems oily then you most likely put too much on.
Is JANECKA Skin Care safe for children and pregnant women?
Absolutely.
Does JANECKA use Genetically Modified Ingredients or Petrochemicals?
No, we do not use GMOs or Petrochemicals. We use only natural ingredients.
How does JANECKA Skin Care compare to major brand skin care companies?
We don’t. We would never use chemical ingredients, fillers, alcohol, or petroleum in any of our products. We make our skin care in small batches, with only natural ingredients.
We don’t believe chemically engineered, super secret ingredients are needed to help heal dry skin, soothe eczema or psoriasis and repair fine lines and wrinkles. Our bodies are natural and not meant to absorb chemicals.
